Role overview
We're looking for a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join our Norwich team. You'll deliver patient consultations using our AI-supported platform, manage prescriptions from start to finish, and ensure every interaction meets the highest standards of safety and compliance.
This is a hands-on role in a growing team. You'll balance consultation delivery with dispensing and operational responsibilities, working within a 24-hour turnaround standard. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and care about doing things right, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver patient consultations via our AI-supported platform, ensuring clinical accuracy and a 24-hour turnaround on all cases.
Dispense, label, and process prescriptions in compliance with SOPs and NHS requirements, with meticulous attention to detail.
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records across our digital systems.
Identify and escalate clinical queries appropriately, collaborating closely with pharmacists and the wider team.
Contribute to process improvements as we scale - your frontline insight will help shape how we work.
Requirements
Essential
NVQ3 (Level 3) Pharmacy Technician qualification (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a community pharmacy setting.
Experience with dispensing processes and patient-facing responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and confidence handling sensitive conversations.
Ability to work accurately in a structured, high-volume environment.
Basic IT proficiency and experience using pharmacy dispensing systems.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Nice to have
Experience delivering NHS clinical services.
Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) qualification.
CPPE communication training.
Practicalities
Working Location: 42 Barnard Rd, Bowthorpe Employment Area, Norwich NR5 9JB, UK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (fixed schedule, no weekends)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £31,000 - £33,000
