I joined Evaro four years ago as a Customer Service Assistant, and it's been an incredible journey of growth and development. In that time, I've progressed to Team Lead and now Customer Service Manager – a testament to how much Evaro invests in their people and genuinely supports career progression. What strikes me most about working here is the atmosphere. There has always been a real family feel to the team, and we're given the freedom and trust to figure things out ourselves, which has been instrumental in my development as a leader. But what makes this role truly meaningful is knowing the impact we have every day. We're helping people access the healthcare they need when the traditional system has let them down. Knowing that our work makes a real difference in people's lives gives everything we do a deeper sense of purpose.

I joined e-Surgery back at the end of 2018. I was their first employee and had worked with Oskar, one of the company founders at a previous company. The decision was easy to make the jump, knowing how driven and determined the founders were made my decision easy. I started as a dispenser here at Evaro but steadily worked my way into the pharmacy manager role. I went from looking after one person to having a much larger 20 plus team under myself. The opportunity I have been given here and getting to see a company grow to have over 500,000 patients is something I never thought I could have been a part of in the past. Making healthcare accessible was the goal at the start and the team at Evaro have nailed this.
