Making healthcare as easy as online banking.

Everything you need to know before you meet us: who we are, how our brands fit together, what we've been recognised for, and how to find us on the day.

Our story

Thirty years ago, moving £20 meant taking time off work and queuing at the bank. Now it takes seconds. We're doing the same for healthcare: no appointment booking, no time off work, no waiting rooms.

Evaro was founded in Norwich in 2018 by Dr Thuria Wenbar, an A&E doctor and software engineer, and Dr Oskar Wenbar, a pharmacist and medical researcher. Working in emergency medicine, Thuria saw that around a quarter of patients didn't need emergency care at all. They needed a faster, simpler route to the right treatment.

Today we're an NHS-licensed digital healthcare platform. Patients answer a short online consultation, our clinicians review it, and our Norwich pharmacy dispenses and delivers. Other brands can also plug our service straight into their own apps.

The old way
Book a GP slot, take time off, sit in a waiting room
The Evaro way
An online consultation, any time, from anywhere
2M+patients served across the UK
40K+prescriptions every month
500+treatments across 25+ specialist therapy areas

How we work

Five behaviours.

Values go on a wall. Behaviours are what you do on a busy Tuesday afternoon. These are the ones we hire for.

  • We obsess over patient outcomesWe care whether people's health and quality of life actually get better.
  • We collaborate and are constantly curiousWe work openly across disciplines, share context early and solve hard problems together.
  • We are precise where it mattersWe bring rigour to clinical and regulated work, and keep things simple elsewhere.
  • We take ownership and follow throughWe do what we say and finish what we start, because patients are waiting.
  • We innovate and learn fastWe start small, test quickly and share what didn't work as openly as what did.
